Involves assistance in rigourous and objective Vendor Selection (RFP Development, Vendor Evaluations), and follows through to Implementation planning and execution assistance (Project Management, Business Analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), through to process re-design, policies & procedures updates, and training.  As an important part of our deliverables, Madison-Davis incorporates the design and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as well as Key Risk Indicators (KRI's) to the extent required by managment to make business and risk decisions that tie to the firm's overall risk management frameworks.

Includes reviews of IT Architecture, Applications, Networks and Data Structures to determine gaps in clients need for more efficient and effective technology.  Also includes evaluation of resource deployment and use of third-party vendors, as well as Post-implementation Reviews. 

Operational Process Improvement focuses on combining deep experience with disciplined approaches to evaluate how well the organizantion and tactics (people, processes and how they relate to technology) are deployed to carry-out Business Strategy & Objectives.  May include marketing, cost control, workflow analysis, vendor reviews, and related targeted areas.  Also works closely with management to assist with Change management from corporate communications to training.

Includes assisting the C-Suite in developing Business Strategy - creating Business Case Analysis and Strategic Reviews, Funding Memorandums, determination of Risk Appetite & Tolerance related to Strategic Plans and other related services.
