During 2007 and 2008, Madison-Davis was retained by a leading insurance industry company to design, build and host through a SaaS technology delivery model the middleware that sat on top of the company’s multiple outsourced legacy enterprise-wide platform systems, presenting this information to a dashboard that sat on the CEO’s desktop in real time.
The firm’s critical information, content and data that it used daily to 1) serve clients, 2) manage the business and 3) stay compliant with governance, regulatory and risk management issues by providing continuous control monitoring.
MDPS was engaged a trusted industry advisors as well a data, content, tool and product provider who delivered consulting and professional services on a project basis to build the requirements and design the systems, processes and technology to deliver this “Integrated Solution”. Then with its data, content and technology professional staff, insurance industry advisory expertise & technology partners, we built, hosted and developed the tools and products over these two calendar years. The end product became a leading tool in the insurance industry that eventually lead Madison-Davis to provide similar type products and services to other financial service industry clients.
